    Volume of first cube is (4p) ^3 = 64 p^3.

    Volume of second cube is (2q^2) ^3 = 8q^6.

    The total volume of the 2 cubes is thus 64 p^3 + 8 q^6, or 8 (8p^3 + q^6).
