    In the usual spinner that we have, the circular figure is divided into 8 equal parts. Each of which is numbered from 1 to 8. There are two of these numbers that are multiple of 4 (4 and 8). Now, the probability that the spinner will land on a multiple of 4 is equal to 2/8 or also equal to 1/4 or 0.25.
