64 / 8 = 8

1.3 * 8 = $10.40

since there are 8 buns in a bag and you need 64 total buns. You do the total number of buns needed (64) divided by the number of buns in each bag (8). Which comes out to 8 bags of buns needed. Then each bag of 8 buns costs $1.30. So, you do 1.3 times 8 which equals $10.40.
