Two complementary angles measure (9x+27) and (x+50) degrees. what is the value of x?

    (9x+27) + (x+50) = 90

    10x + 77 = 90 (combine like terms)

    10x = 13 (subtraction property of equality)

    x=1.3 (division property of equality)
