    Now. if you don't want 0.02 and instead want 20 or 20.0, that mean, from 0.02, you need to move the decimal dot to the right 3 spots over, so is behind the 2 and a 0, that way 0.02000 becomes 0020.00 or just 20 rounded up.

    so notice, it moved 3 spots over to the right, that means, you need to use 3 zeros, so 1000, check with your calculator, 0.02 * 1000.
