    Convenience. She just asked whoever she saw.

    Simple random sampling. There was no sort of grouping or anything involved, and they tell you random numbers were used.

    121 of 162 said yes, so the experimental probability is 121/162

    4055 * 121/162 = 3028.73 ... = 3029 people.
