    For the x intercepts, replace y with 0

    for y intercepts, replace x with 0

    x-int:

    2x+3 (0) + 16=5 (0) + 4

    2x+16=4

    2x=-12

    x=-2

    y-int:

    2 (0) + 3y+16=5y+4

    3y+16=5y+4

    12=2y

    y=6
