    The standard form of the polynomial function will be found as follows:

    -4p+3p+2p2

    simplifying the above we get:

    -p+2p^2

    this can be written as:

    2p^2-p+0

    this is a quadratic equation, which has a form of ax^2+bx+c

    from our polynomial

    a=2, b=-1, c=0
