Lisa cut a rope that was 19.75 meters long into 3 pieces. The first piece was 6.4 meters long, the second was 4.36 meters long. How long was the third piece?

    19.75-6.4=13.35

    now 13.35-4.36=8.99

    the third piece is 8.99 meter long
