If a normal distribution has a mean of 132 and a standard devistion of 20, what is the value that has a z score of 1.8?

    The value would be 168.

    The formula for a z-score is

    z = (X-μ) / σ

    Using our information, we have

    1.8 = (X-132) / 20

    Multiply both sides by 20:

    1.8 (20) = ((X-132) / 20) * 20

    36 = X-132

    Add 132 to both sides:

    36+132 = X-132+132

    168 = X
