    A) n + q = 200

    B).05n +.25q = 30.00

    Multiplying equation A) by -.05

    -.05n -.05q = - 10 then adding it to B)

    .05n +.25q = 30.00

    .20q = 20.00

    100 quarters = 20 dollars

    100 nickels = 10 dollars
