Ratios can be written as fractions ... so 3:11 is the same as 3/11.
So basically we are just looking for equivalent fractions.
3/11 * 2/2 = 6/22 < = = here is one 6:22
3/11 * 3/3 = 9/33 < = = and another 9:33
