Pretty Pizza Company should open a new pizza place in the south side of town.

    Step-by-step explanation:

The population of the North side is:

    15 blocks * 221 People/Block = 3,315 people

If we divide this amount by the amount of pizza places in the area (32)

We would have a ratio of:

    3,315 people / 32 pizza places = 103.59 people per pizza place.

    Otherwise,

The population of the South side is:

    22 blocks * 150 People/Block = 3,300 people

If we divide this amount by the amount of pizza places in the area (28)

We would have a ratio of:

    3,300 people / 28 pizza places = 117.86 people per pizza place.

Calculated ratios show that on the south side more people come to each pizza place than on the north side. That is why it would be more successful to open the new pizza place on the south side of the town.
