    Basically eliminate

    try eliminate y's

    multiply second equaiton by 3

    9x+3y=54

    add to other equation

    4x-3y=11

    9x+3y=54 +

    13x+0y=65

    13x=65

    divide 13 both sides

    x=5

    sub back

    3x+y=18

    3*5+y=18

    15+y=18

    minus 15

    y=3

    x=5

    y=3

    (5,3)
