A jar contains balls numbered 1 to 10. Two balls are drawn with replacement. What is the probability that both balls are numbered 2 or less?

    There is a 1/10 chance for it to be one and 1/10 chance for it to be two so for it to be either one the chance is 2/10 i beleive
