Bob works as a tutor for an hour and as a waiter for an hour. This month, he worked a combined total of hours at his two jobs. Let be the number of hours Bob worked as a tutor this month. Write an expression for the combined total dollar amount he earned this month.

You should first turn it into a promblem that you can solve. for example you know that bob workes two hours each day, and there are 30 days in a month. you would do 30 times 2 and get the answer 60, so it would look like this, 2h x 30d=$60. when i comes down to doing an expression it pretty much the same as solving the original problem.
