A lizard is 100 feet away from the tree he wanted to climb. At the end of the first minute he has traveled half of the distance to the tree. At the end of the second minute he has traveled half of the remaining distance. At the end of the third minute he has traveled half of that remaining distance. How long will it take him to reach the tree if he continues this pattern of travel?
