    The value of x = 8

    Dimension of the Triangle is

    height=10

    base=5

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Given:

    Square inches=25

    Base of the triangle=x-3

    Height of the triangle=x+2

    The area of the triangle=1/2*b*h

    Therefore:

    1/2 (x-3) (x+2) = 25

    1/2 (x^2+2x-3x-6) = 25

    (x^2+2x-3x-6) = 50

    x^2-x-6=50

    x^2-x-6-50=0

    x^2-x-56=0

    (x+7) (x-8) = 0

    x=-7 or x=8

    Always we ignore the negative value

    Therefore X=8

    The Dimensions of the Triangle

    Base of the triangle=x-3=5

    Height of the triangle=x+2=10
