In the given question, there are certain information's that are worth looking at. Firstly Noah swam for a distance of 1 mile at swim practice. Liam on the other hand ran for 880 yards.

Now firstly we need to convert the distance swam by Noah from mile to yards.

    We already know that

    1 mile = 1760 yard

So Noah swam for a distance of 1760 yards.

On the other hand Liam sprinted for a distance of 880 yards.

    So

The distance Noah traveled more than Liam = (1760 - 880) yards

    = 880 yards

So Noah traveled 880 yards more than Liam.
