On the first day of a music concert, the price of 12 adult tickets and 4 child tickets is 84$. The second day the concert made 78$ by selling 6 adult tickets and 14 child tickets. Find the price of an adult ticket and the price of an child ticket.

    12x + 4y = 84

    6x + 14y = 78

    12x + 4y = 84

    -12x - 28y = - 156

    -24y = - 72

    y = $3 child ticket

    12x + 12 = 84

    12x = 72

    x = $6 adult ticket
