    M represents the slope of the equation while b represents the y-intercept.

    Slope formula is y2-y1/x2-x1

    The slope would be 2/3

    Plug in the slope and the equation would be y=2/3x+b

    Now you need to find the intercept, choose on of the coordinates and plug it into the equation. I chose (6,-1)

    The final equation would be y=2/3x-5
