    A = weekend fee (for 6 hours of work)

    F = flat fee for work done on weekend

    R = hourly rate on weekend

    A = 6R + F

    solve for R

    * subtract F from both sides, then divide through by 6

    R = (A - F) / 6

    The total-A+F, then whatever is left/6, because the total minus the invoice and weekend fee would leave only the hourly rate and so with 6 hours of work you divide by 6 for R
