A population of rabbits is 48% male. If there were 150 rabbits in the population, how many are male?

    What is 2% of 150?

    Well 1% of 150 is 1.50, so 2% of 150 must be 3.

    Now 48% is 24*2%. 24*2%=24*3=72.

    Therefore 72 of those rabbits are male.
