    Ham Turkey Veggie Total

    Day 1 40 29 31 100

    Day 2 42 31 27 100

    Day 1 40% 29% 31%

    Day 2 42% 31% 27%

    Turkey = (29% + 31%) / 2 = 30% average sales.

    750 x 30% = 225 average sales of turkey sandwiches.

    750 x 29% = 217.5 or 218

    750 x 31% = 232.5 or 233

    Based on the sample, the deli will sell 218 to 233 turkey sandwiches
