    10x - 20y + 16 = 0

    - 16 - 16

    10x - 20y = - 16

    10x - 10x - 20y = - 16 - 10x

    -20y = - 16 - 10x

    -20 - 20

    y = 0.8 + 0.5x

    Forst you want to get y by itself on one side of the equation

    20y=10x+16

    then you want to isolate y so its coefficient is 1

    y = (1/2) x + (4/5)

    then you graph. if youre looking for where it crosses the x and y axis you make y 0 and solve for x to find where it crosses the x axis and make x zero and solve for y to find out where it crosses the y axis
