If you roll a 6 you receive a gold medal, if you roll a 4 or 5 you receive a silver, if you roll a 1, 2 or 3 you receive a bronze, given the above what are the theoretical probability of achieving a gold, a silver or a bronze medal?

    P (6) = 1/6

    P (4 or 5) = 2/6

    P (1, 2 or 3) = 3/6

    P (gold or silver or bronze) = 1/6 + 2/6 + 3/6 = 1
