The perimeter of a triangle is 29 feet where one side of the triangle is twice the length of the shortest side. the largest side is 13 feet more than the shortest side. how long is the shortest side

    X + 2x + (13 + x) = 29

    3x + x + 13 = 29

    4x = 29 - 13

    4x = 16

    x = 16/4

    x = 4

    The length of the shortest side is 4 ft
