What is the value of x in the proportion 6x+1/7=18x-2/14

    0
    (6x + 1) / 7 = (18x - 2) / 14

    cross multiply like u do with every proportion

    (7) (18x - 2) = (14) (6x + 1) =

    126x - 14 = 84x + 14

    126x - 84x = 14 + 14

    42x = 28

    x = 28/42

    x = 2/3
