    Slow moving water is slow because it is under less pressure (or no pressure)

    A. Is not about a fluid

    B. Not a fluid either, but also it talks about compressing which is the same as squeezing or tightening, so it will always be associated with increase in pressure, and the "pressurized tank" at the end confirms this

    D. Moving from a wider to a narrower space always increases pressure
