When solid A of mass 12g is completely immersed in ameasuring cylinder filled with water it displace the same volume of water as dose solid B of mass 8g what can be deduced about the densities of solid AandB

    Solid A has a greater density than solid B.

    Since they displace the same volume of water, then A and B have the same volume. With density being mass/volume, if they have the same volume, then the one with the greater mass has greater density.
