Momentum, a vector quantity has the unit Kg meter / sec.
Impulse, the amount of impact during a short duration of time, is equal to Force * time also has the same units : Kg meter/sec. This quantity is the amount of change in the momentum of a cricket ball, soft ball, tennis ball when it is hit by a racket or bat.
