    Er ... I would say C or D because it makes the most sense ya know? I would clean the surface before and after cooking. I would place the frozen stuff in the fridge to thaw out pretty good. And I think storing perishable foods inside a cabinet makes sense because it may last longer or taste better. Sorry I'm not too completely sure
