    I am riled up about those choices. I would say that

    none of the choices can be a correct answer.

    All four choices are just numbers, without units.

    Resistance is not a bare, naked number.

    It's a ratio of voltage to current, and in DC circuits,

    it typically has units of [ohm].

    Resistance = (voltage) / (current)

    = (18 v) / (36 A) = 0.5 ohm.
