Pushing on the pump of a soap dispenser compresses a small spring. When the spring is compressed 0.48 cm, its potential energy is 0.0025J.

What compression (in cm) is required for the spring potential energy to equal 0.0089 J?

    I sincerely do not know the formula but using normal maths i got 1.71cm
