How does air leaving a ballon push the car forward?

    Law of Conservation of Momentum (total momentum remains unchanged). The momentum of the gasses "shooting" out must be equal to the forward movement of the balloon.

    Well when you release the ballon the air pressure pushes the car forward. It's the air pressure.
