    Rubber ball

    Explanation:

Both balls reach the floor with the same speed. The clay ball is stuck on the floor, while the rubber ball bounces with almost the same speed it reaches before hitting the floor. Therefore, the rubber ball has a greater change of momentum than the clay ball.
