    Self efficacy is concept notable with Albert Bandura. Self efficacy means belief in oneself that he possesses what it takes to accomplish a task. This would mean that an individual is convinced and confident or has what it takes to accomplish a task set before him. This has far reaching impacts on people's lives and could determine how far they would go.

    In the example above, a low self efficacy would mean the individual may not want to continue with the initial idea as he does not believe he can accomplish the task.
