How is the inability to see color a symbol for the lives of the people in jonas community?

    In jonas' community, color represent the individualties,

    If the people can't see color, people don't make choices that only benefit them personally. The ability to make choices in this situation cause people to have the tendency to overlook the collective needs of the group and choose to prioritize personal desire.
