    Explanation:

    The inability to appreciate the wrongfulness of one's acts is the legal way to define insanity. Insanity and abnormal behavior are two different things. Insanity is a mental disorder over a long period of time and abnormal behavior is not a mental illness. Instead a mental illness or insanity can only make people exhibit some behaviors that are abnormal. Hence the reason for my choice of answer.
