    When a feedback is given in public to an individual in a negative way, it may become Criticism. This makes the individual to respond in a negative way. He may deliver the response in the form of blaming others, anger or denying. This happens because there will be a situation where he must be responsible in the matters they learned.

    When the feedback is given in a positive way this will be building some confidence. Whereas when they are given in a negative way it will not be defensive. It will be offensive.
