Why do you believe that some people think our congress is undemocratic?

The Congress is legislative branch, described in the first Article of the Constitution.

Some people believe that the congress is undemocratic because of the organization of the Congress: the equal representation of the stats. This type of representation represents only the geological area, but does not does reflect the country's population distribution.
