    Actually the sexual development before age eight is referred to as the ability of a child to develop puberty at an very early age than the correct usual age that is expected to occur, which is medically referred to as Precocious puberty, where a child slowly starts developing puberty in their whole body parts one by one, along with physical and psychological changes.
