The United States have been in recent times successful. This has been prominent since the civil rights era because the African-American population was not equal before the law, and neither had been women who were discriminated at their jobs or similar things. Since the 70s, equality before the law has been better and better and nowadays pretty much all are equal and problems arise on a case by case basis instead of systematically.
