    Explanation:

    The gain from engaging in fraud depends, for us to compare fraud and robbery we need to know the gain of the two, we can't just say the gain in fraud is greater than that of robbery also the loss in fraud exceed that of robbery because we can't factor the gain or the total package of fraud or robbery. So there fore before we can quantify the losses if it exceeds that of robbery, we need to know the total and the achievable gain between the two (fraud and robbery).
