The volcano 2 is the most concerned about the low viscosity lava flows when compared to the volcano 1 which contains andesitic lava.

In the question it is given that volcano 1 contains andesitic lava where as the volcano 2 is composed of the basalt lava.

Both the lavas have different percentage silica content. The andesitic lava contains high silica in it and the basalt lava has low silica content.

Because of the low silica content in the basalt lava, it has low viscosity and easily flows. While andesitic lava have high viscosity as they have high percentage of silica.
