Joan is representing the buyer, Carlton, and Reggie is representing the sellers, Zeb and Teresa Martin. Carlton's Great Aunt Matilda has agreed to pay any portion of Joan's commission the sellers don't cover. Teresa's father, Teddy, has agreed to pay half of the sales commission that will be owed to the listing agent. Which of these statements is true?

    Explanation: Teresa's father agreed to pay half of sales commission that will be owed to the agent Reggie. The above statement gives a factual truth in the passage, because the sellers has an agent whom they will definitely pay a certain amount (commission) based on an agreement as a sales representative and for Teresa's father to agree to pay Teresa and zeb sales representative, makes a more logical as they are linked together compared to the first statement whereby Carlton great aunty want to pay the commission the sellers couldn't cover for his nice and in the passage, their is no link between Carlton's aunty and the sellers, so why pay for their commission.
