For drivers age 16 and under, a 3rd dui conviction can result in referral to juvenile court and up to how many hours of community service

The 3rd conviction of driving under the influence of prohibited drugs and/or alcohol for drivers age 16 or under may result in a fine of at most $10,000, confinement of at least 2, that may reach up to 10 years; and the suspension of the driver license or a denial of privilege in case driver does not have a license, for at least 180 days up to 2 years.
