Tribal Assembly consisted of all the Roman citizens called together by tribes.

Centuriate Assembly was originally dividing citezens into groups of 100 by classes (which was based on military status), later changed into dividing by wealth.

Therefore the Centuriate Assembly gave more control to the wealthy
