What does the constitution say about which law shall predominate if there is any conflict between laws?

    According to constitution, whenever there is a conflict between laws, Federal law shall predominate state law.

    In order to maintain the structural obligation between each states in United States, a central regulation (from the federal government) is needed to create some sort of regulatory standard for the states.
