Your body makes more carbon dioxide when you run than when you sit still why

    Its simple

    when you sit you don't do much movement, so you don't need much energy thus you don't need much oxygen thus you don't exhale much carbon dioxide.

    but when you run its almost the exact opposite, you move a lot, so you need energy thus you inhale a lot of oxygen thus you exhale a lot of carbon dioxide.

    When you sit, you don't do as much movement, but if you run, your body makes more carbon, and also lose calories
